Shipping process details: 

After receiving your order, we begin preparing your watch at our factory. Depending on the quality level you’ve selected, it takes us 5-7 days to prepare and conduct thorough quality control before shipping. Once we hand the package to our carrier, such as FedEx, it typically takes 3-7 days for FedEx to receive and scan the package, with updates appearing on their tracking system within this period. Delivery generally takes an additional 2-4 days.

In total, from order placement to delivery, the process takes approximately 9-15 business days. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure you receive a high-quality product.
